At CSA Digital LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions and exceptional customer service. Because our services involve custom work, time, expertise, and digital deliverables, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
Custom Services
Website design, software development, branding, graphic design, digital consulting, and other custom services are tailored specifically to each client's requirements. Once work has commenced, payments made for completed work, consultation, planning, design, development, or project milestones are generally non-refundable.
Project Deposits
Project deposits or advance payments reserve development time and resources. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing by CSA Digital LLC.
Subscription & Ongoing Services
For recurring services such as website maintenance, support, or other ongoing service plans, you may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet started, duplicate payments have been made, or a billing error has occurred. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, content, approvals, and timely feedback. Delays resulting from missing information or delayed responses from the client do not qualify for a refund.
Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any completed deliverables may be provided upon settlement of outstanding balances.
Digital Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital products and custom development services, completed digital deliverables, downloadable files, source code, designs, and other electronic assets are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Chargebacks
If you experience any concerns regarding our services or billing, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may delay current or future services while the matter is under review.
